Presale Tickets: Specific seat location is not available at point of purchase. Your purchase is within a DDM.com "Tier", which represents specific sections and rows of the Venue at a specific price point of Ticket. There are definitions provided for each "Tier" for each Venue in the store. We have been able to work with most of the venues to secure good seats within the different "Tiers" in the Venues. You will not get your specific seat locations until tickets are in hand. Seating is assigned based on time of order. As a reminder, the ticket allocation for Presale is usually 10% of the house (venue) including the most desirable AND the least desirable sections. This means that it is possible that some members would get better seats by waiting for the public sale. We encourage members to make and informed decision as to the general seat locations prior to purchase.

VIP Tickets are collected the night of the show at the Preshow Event (unless otherwise specified).
Tickets will be collected at the VIP Event Check In. Specific pickup instructions will me emailed to you prior to the show. You will receive an email prior to the event with your full VIP details and instructions. You will not get your specific seat locations until you receive your actual tickets on the day of the show.

Presale Tickets:
If you are in the 48 contiguous states and have paid for shipping, your tickets will be shipped to you within two weeks of the show. If you are not in the 48 contiguous states, your tickets will be collected at Will Call.
